Born in Padova, near Venice, the cradle of culinary innovation in Italy. Chef Zouhair has a passion for cooking and has managed to reinvent himself and innovate in Italian cuisine.

After honing his skills in Michelin-starred Italian and Japanese establishments in Italy, Chef Zouhair opened the region’s first molecular restaurant. His style, combined with an interactive approach in the kitchen, creates an immersive and unforgettable culinary experience for his guests.

Chef Zouhair continued his culinary journey in France, where he found fertile ground to develop his culinary art. He was executive chef of the Loulou group.
